I have been working at Omron Oilfield and Marine (Less than a year)
We are working for Omron in our senior design project and they have been really helpful with their equipment and training.
I can't think of any cons, because I am not directly working for the company, rather working on building a safety device for them/
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Omron Oilfield and Marine (Houston, TX) in March 2014.
Filled out paperwork and waited. Interviewed with hr then asst manager. Asst manager immature and part of good-ol-boy network. Asked a few questions he shouldn't have. He is smart but makes the process a lot more difficult than it has to be. He plays a lot of mind games, I assume to make him think he is smarter than you.
