I have been working at On The Border full-time (More than 8 years)
I get to work in peace and enjoy the enviroment.It’s an excellent working place.The hours are good and there is also good service to the workers.
There isn’t really anything about the job.I actually enjoy working here.It’s an easy place to get comfterable in.
Advice to Management
I wish the management to treat everyone equally and not look at our ethnic differences.It get’s a bit intense whenver we see that we’re treated differently.
Series of questions, answer correctly and earn points. They take the interviewee with the most points earned during the interview. I was offered a job on the spot. The questions are not too difficult, mostly telling stories.
