Advice to Management
Have confidence in your staff - we're here because we want to be a part of something big.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OnForce (Lexington, MA) in April 2015.
Brief 20 minute phone call asking general questions about me, then I went in to the office and was interviewed by 6 people in person for 2.5 hours total. Pretty tiring but the process was not too difficult. Many questions were repeated by the different people interviewing me, such as asking me to walk them through my resume, my major / classes I was taking, why I applied to this job. Not stressful, just long. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.
