I worked at OnProcess Technology full-time (Less than a year)
Consistent schedule. It was not changed often. Immediate managers were (mostly) reliable and tried to do what was right. They were flexible if you had an emergency.
Pay was very low ($11.50/hr.) and was a major reason why I left. The hours were also terrible. I worked until 9 pm each night. The work itself was mind-numbing. You're really just a step away from an automated machine calling people up & reminding them to return their damaged cell phone.
Advice to Management
Increase the pay. This same advice could be given to almost any company in the U.S. today. Wages need to increase!

Worse interview I have ever been on. All they did was tell me about themselves, never asked anything about me or my experience. I sat there wondering why I was even there.
