I worked at OnTrac full-time (More than a year)
OnTrac gives raises, free food once in a while, and the company is doing good.
Safety is an illusion, protocol is also an illusion, the atmosphere is an illusion, dress code is an illusion, security is an illusion, and illusions you don't want become reality once you start to lose your sleep. Before you know it, you become an illusion to yourself. Now your whole life becomes an illusion. Work is a lifestyle and different jobs being a different culture to that lifestyle. Becareful of which lifestyle you choose.
Advice to Management
Keep doing good but don't abuse your sorters, and don't wear them down to the max. They are a more important asset than your clients.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at OnTrac (Petaluma, CA) in December 2016.
Interview consisted of being showed the facility and filling out a short form as well as a one on one interview. I was excited to work for the company, but a failed drug test rendered me ineligible. I was disappointed as it appeared to be a lovely company to work for. It would seem they are growing fast and seem willing to promote from within.
