    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at One Coin English School (Tokyo (Japan)) in March 2018.

    Interview

I started the applying process around mid-May. They promptly answered my email, and then a Skype interview was scheduled. Everything went fine, and I was approved for the next phase, a demo lesson and a interview. I was very nervous during the demo, but apparently everything went fine and I was approved for the next phase. Then things started to get messy. It took almost two weeks from the time I was approved for the third part of the hiring process, when the recruiter said it would only take about three days. I has to email them to ask if everything was all right, and they told me to wait. I was scheduled for the third part of the process (teacher observation), and for my part, everything went fine. Then two weeks passed and absolutely no news. I emailed the recruiter again, and then I found out that I had been passed out by another candidate, and when I asked for feedback, they told me that basically my English was not good enough. If my English isn´t good enough, why did I go through ALL the phases of the hiring process, except the signing of the contract itself? The team is very kind, but also kinda of unorganized. Hope you guys applying have a better experience than me.
