I applied online. I interviewed at OneAZ Credit Union (Phoenix, AZ)

Was granted a telephone interview, a short 15-20 minute pre-screen prior to potential face to face. Interview was simple and flowed smoothly, was told that I would hear an update by end of the following week. 2 weeks later, with no update - I reached out to check status and was told that they were moving forward with other candidates.

Please be aware that instead of being professional and informing a candidate that they aren’t moving forward in the process, they prefer to “ghost” people and will leave you in the dark wondering for weeks. Truly disappointed in such an unprofessional and quite frankly, cowardly approach. If you don’t hear back, don’t be surprised and don’t hold your breath. Avoiding difficult conversations and situations seems to be the OneAZ approach.
