What are perks and other benefits like at OneDegree?
...Part time employees are nothing but tools to them, minimal pay (but they claimed that they gave us a lot compared to competitors) and no benefits (no medical insurance, no bonus, no company dinner, no anything), contributions to the team by part time employees are considered to be done by magic but still not meeting the management's "standard" and they still want to cut cost....
