I have been working at OneMain full-time (Less than a year)
If you are motivated, it's amazing. I personally love my job. Recommended to several friends. They are currently in the hiring process
It you lack motivation the cons will be bigger, paperwork does take time. The management is good. Again it takes the right person. If you want to make good money and work hard. Apply.
Advice to Management
Thanks for a good job! Can't wait to move forward
I applied online. I interviewed at OneMain (San Diego, CA) in July 2017.
The Sales Management Trainee position is a complete joke, and it's very misleading. This is not a management trainee opportunity, it is a sales rep opportunity. When asked what the training program to become a manager was, the interviewer simply said that in two years, if you've done well with hitting your sales goal, and displayed some type of leadership traits, youll get your own store.
