I have been working at Onica Group full-time (More than a year)
Lots of opportunities for personal growth, career growth, learning new skills, advancement, good salary, solid benefits. Solid attempts to make process and feedback transparent, open-door policy seems legitimately interested in making the company better, always a new process or attempt at getting more feedback from employees to find out how to do things better. Very open about business performance and productivity numbers, so there's never a question of how the company is doing on the whole (hint: it's doing very well).
Still a lot of growing pains caused by the rapid growth of the company and changes brought on by the recent merger. Inconsistent or confusing corporate structure.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, stay open to input.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Onica Group (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016.
Phone interview with Human Resource professional and might I mention that this part of the process went very well, as he was personable, and he knew the company very well, which piqued my interest more. Subsequent to the phone interview, I was scheduled for a Skype interview with the hiring director over the project management office, and this person's personality was harsh, direct, and condescending.
I accepted another job offer, but even if I did not have a job offer from somewhere else, this director's attitude and interviewing style made it very clear that this is not the right organization for me.
