The people truly care! They want to see you succeed and set you up with all the necessary tools to do so. Organized and efficient - always thinking one step ahead. Open to feedback - you feel heard


A few growing pains as a start up but that is what makes it so exciting! We are growing like crazy so it can be hard to keep up with the new faces. But overall I can't say anything negative at all.

Advice to Management

Continue doing what you're doing! I feel so welcomed, supported, and suited to succeed. Love how you recognize accomplishments. It goes a long way!

    Great candidate experience through and through.

    The Talent Acquisition person did a great job setting my expectations about everything from process to timelines, interviews, compensation, benefits etc.

    I received proactive feedback through each stage and the entire process felt like a two-way conversation aimed at getting to know each other.

    The interviewers were prepared, it was clear that each interview had a focus area. Everyone I talked to made sure there was a healthy balance between asking me questions and sharing information relevant to the role and company.

    Conversations were focused on my experience, skills, and how we can best leverage them for the benefit of the company.
