    Pros

Friendly staff, learnt a lot. The site is in a good location at downtown North York.

    Cons

The work was a bit stressful. Tight deadlines meant I had to work many extra hours.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in January 2010.

    Interview

I was interviewed by 2 technical managers and was rather relaxed. They asked me about what I was learning at school as well as my exposure to certain technologies such as shell scripting. Apparently their company still uses Smalltalk in a small capacity because they were surprised I was still learning it in school.
