I have been working at Onyx Enterprises (Less than a year)
Great company! Easy work! Fun! Great environment!
Not many cons! Hours can be long and customer service can be annoying.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Onyx Enterprises (Cranbury, NJ) in December 2016.
I had a phone interview and then was invited for an in-person interview shortly afterward. I spoke with the manager for about an hour and a half. He was straightforward and honest, which I liked a lot--the interview was less of a Q and A and more of a conversation about how I could best fit the position and how they could best fit what I was looking for. It was a bit tough because my experiences did not cookie-cutter fit into the job description but we liked each other and he told me he liked what I had to offer. I liked him and the company a lot, and was excited to be considered. This was right before Christmas so I didn't expect to hear from them until after the holidays were over.
I got an email from the talent acquisition rep right before NYE apologizing for the length of time it has taken for me to hear back, that the holidays were making it difficult for the team to get together and discuss the interview candidates.
The following week or two weeks afterward, I got a phone call from the same woman apologizing once again for the length of time it was taking and was calling to make sure I was still interested in the position.
TWO MONTHS later, I got an email from the same woman finally telling me they went with someone else. I found this incredibly annoying and unprofessional after getting in contact with me twice to make sure I was still interested in the position.
