Great people and great culture. Training has been expanded, internal promotions, and fun company events make it enjoyable to come to work.
Everyone works extremely hard to satisfy the clients and it sometimes becomes expected. Gearing up for peak season will also bring on some OT.
Advice to Management
Doing a good job with keeping up morale in the office. The events are always fun and the product training has been great. Keep it coming.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Onyx Enterprises (Cranbury, NJ) in August 2015.
I was contacted directly by their HR Director. He had explained a bit about the position and the company. He also set very clear expectations regarding follow-up and their process for selecting the right candidate to join their team. It was refreshing to speak with an HRD who understands the operations side of the business. I was left with the impression that he knew exactly what they were looking for in the role. They decided not to move forward with me after the initial phone screen, but I was left with a good experience and think the company has a lot to offer. The HRD told me he would follow-up with me by a specific date and he did (that is no longer the norm). Too often you have discussions with a company and never hear anything back. Good to see that some organizations tell you something then follow through
