    Pros

Variety of projects to keep you learning new skills. Always challenging. Never boring. Great people. Fun atmosphere. Work at home Wednesdays.

    Cons

Keeping track of billing hours (typical for this type of company but still tedious). Salary was lower than industry standards.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Oomph.

    Interview

Several screenings by phone or Zoom plus the standard code challenge (specific to Drupal). I talked to some really bright, interesting, and kind people. Oomph seems like a great place to work!
