    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Open Education (Miami, FL) in February 2015.

    Interview

I was contacted by a headhunter through LinkedIN. I was sold on the west coast tech startup company culture, executive team pedigree and the business model. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and was then invited for an in-office interview where I met with the top executives and senior management.
