    Pros

    - Dog-friendly
    - Independent & Go-getter working hours
    - The more you put in, the more you get out
    - Great culture. More strategic / partnership sales
    - Stronger sales process than what is seen from competition
    - CRM and tech is good

    Cons

    - more support
    - with "independence" comes less support. Could be stronger with sales strategy and having managerial support as managers are also selling

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work investing in culture and positive people. It doesn't go unnoticed. Marketing has grown rapidly and has been elemental for sellers to showcase our work. More sales strategy & managerial support would only help new sellers.

    Account Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Open Influence (Los Angeles, CA).

    Interview

I have an issue with OI's interview etiquette. I had a total of 5 interviews with this company and also turned around a project with 3-days notice, just to tell me that they didn't know if I was ready to commit to the company (after I gave a lot of my time happily to the process and made it to the final round). Said they were "afraid a new sewing machine would come out and I'd neglect my responsibilities." I sew as a hobby and they actually said that. After all of those interviews, they did not even respond to my emails following up about the position. I just had to assume I didn't get it.
