As a technical consultant(junior level or beyond), the work is not very stressful. You'll get good work life balance. Sometimes, you'll have to work weekend, but that's rare
From my observations, they hire who they know. So if you don't have a network, it might be difficult to get an interview with them.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OpenLink Financial in November 2017.
One on campus interview which was nice! Have examples and details of projects or previous work experience to talk about and it'll be a breeze. Interviewer was very personable and was easy to talk to and have a conversation with.
