Since 1983 we have been under the direction of our CEO, Eric Roudi. Eric has provided the strategy and direction that has pushed us through 30+ years in the Facilities Management industry. The services we offer are necessary for any business with commercial property, making our services recession-proof. This allows OpenWorks to operate at a level of stability most employees desire. 

Growth

By putting our people first, we have grown our workforce and company at a blistering pace. In 2017, we promoted 25% of our workforce due to our extensive Training and Development. The investment in our people have allowed to grow from 5 locations in 2015, to 21 locations currently, and 24 by the end of 2018! Since 1983, OpenWorks has been the leader in Facilities Management. Our approach to business relies on building winning relationships with our employees as well as our clients. OpenWorks is a one-stop-shop for businesses providing customized facility management, landscape maintenance, pest control, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, handyman, parking lot sweeping, supply sales, specialty floor care and window cleaning packages.

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OpenWorks (Phoenix, AZ).

    Interview

    Extensive. Screened by recruiter, then interview with recruiter. Then 2 interviews with 2 DVPs then interview with EVP then interview with owner. Also 2 additional assessments. While it was extensive, it was warm and everyone was gracious.

    Interview Questions

    • What didn't they ask!? There's not a way to simplify this or shortcut this. You need to know your stuff. Be able to speak to your past accomplishments, personality, etc. With the detailed assessments, you need to be 100% honest or it will show.   1 Answer
