By putting our people first, we have grown our workforce and company at a blistering pace. In 2017, we promoted 25% of our workforce due to our extensive Training and Development. The investment in our people have allowed to grow from 5 locations in 2015, to 21 locations currently, and 24 by the end of 2018! The company is growing at a fast pace and with growth comes changes and hurdles. I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing, I believe it shows the company's willingness to change with the times and listen to employee's feedback. Change is harder on some than it is for others but I believe the changes being made are good in the long run.
Advice to Management
Continue to take and respond to feedback from current and previous employees. Also, continue to add on to accounting and admin support team to help support regions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OpenWorks (Phoenix, AZ).
Extensive. Screened by recruiter, then interview with recruiter. Then 2 interviews with 2 DVPs then interview with EVP then interview with owner. Also 2 additional assessments. While it was extensive, it was warm and everyone was gracious.
