    Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Opera Theatre of St. Louis.

    Interview

My interview process was positive overall. I submitted a resume and cover letter, and was brought in for an interview within a couple of weeks. The process involved a face-to-face interview, assessment, and practical skills test (editing a document and drafting an email with a given scenario). I came in on the early end of the process, so it was about 6 weeks after my interview before a decision was made and I was offered the job.
