Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

InterviewI spoke with a recruiter first and then the hiring manager. These were casual conversations in which I learned more about the company. Then, there was a superday style interview in which i spoke with four different employees back to back over the course of 2 hours. I really enjoyed the opportunity to interact with people at different levels in different roles.
