1 -> hr call 2 -> technical interview. I must say that the entire process was both smooth and transparent. The experience was highly positive and enlightening for me. The conversation began with a comprehensive discussion about the company, the team, the nature of the work, and some background context. This provided a well-rounded view and set a constructive tone for the rest of the interview. The technical portion of the interview involved live coding challenges using TypeScript. I was tasked with fixing and improving existing code. Overall, the interview felt like a meaningful dialogue rather than a one-sided interrogation. It was a great experience that gave me valuable insights into the company's culture and expectations.
