    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Optimum Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Incredible respect and growth opportunities for someone early in their career. The culture is polite and not judgmental while having a level of professionalism.

    Cons

There is an occasional lack of structure due to being a small company coming out of being a startup. The flexibility leads to the occasional gap in procedure.
If you are not flexible, the engineering experience has limited applications elsewhere in the PNW due to it being a chilled water optimization company.

    Advice to Management

More organization without giving up that flexibility and lean environment. Don't let innovation get stifled by convention and comfort.
