Question for the nurse out there...um when documenting does your employer ever ask you to change a time on a clients Mar? Like if a client is suppose to have a med at 8am but they sleep until 11am? Thanks

Hi everyone! I work at an outpatient clinic in Southern CA, and the amount of patients coming into our outpatient clinics has taken a severe nosedive in the last several months. I can't think of a reason for the sudden change. I've heard rumors that's it's not just our company, but everywhere in healthcare (or maybe every industry) . I'm just trying to get a feel for how other clinics/hospitals are doing. Are you noticing a significant drop in patients recently? Thoughts?

I'm thinking about being a psychotherapist as my second degree. I have been a nurse for almost 10 years, but counseling has been my passion. What should I know before committing myself? (Schooling, license, clientele, income)
