    I worked at Optium full-time

    Pros

It is a job in an economy that is rough

    Cons

No respect for the amount of time with the company. Petty people that nick pick on every little thing. Conditions made such that at least one person a week has a panic attack.

    Advice to Management

You are working with people not numbers in a chair
