Advice to Management
I really don't know what to say here. My job is awesome and I hope I'm still here in another 10 years!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optiv (Raleigh, NC) in July 2017.
The interview consisted of an online portion, plus several phone calls with managers and potential peers. It was not difficult or taxing for a person that is qualified for the position.
