Optum

In my off hours, I've spent time on US-IT Recruitment Websites warning people not to take IT Jobs at UHG/Optum because of how badly they treat them. They don't give bonuses or raises, entirely restructured their review process where you're in direct competition with your teammates if you want even a chance raises or even bonuses, and most people at the company don't know that leadership uses it to try and make people work harder. I work at Optum Serve officially per HR as a Senior Customer Service Rep but practically serve as their business analyst for their Survey Remediation program as well as internal auditor for the CS dept. I've been in this role for 3 years and 5 years altogether with Optum. I'm making $19.24 an hour in Florida with my full time remote position. Am I being underpaid?

I just lost a job in optum and it caught me by surprise. I am looking for a job. Please suggest me if some managers/recruiters are hiring. I have a 6 years experience in a Data Analysis/Business Analysis field mostly concentrated in SQL and data warehousing. Please suggest me as I am actively seeking for employment.

I'll like to offer a referral to Optum but just keep hearing rumors there may be a hiring freeze. Has anyone heard anything?
