Not much in the way of a career ladder, the management would rather bring in higher-ups than promote from within. No tuition reimbursement.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at OraSure.
I interviewed with 3 individuals from the QA division. I was supposed to interview with the manager first, but she "forgot" she had interviews that day, so I started with the supervisor instead. Overall the other two individuals were great, enthusiastic, and interested in what I had to say. Can't say the same about the manager.
