Not much in the way of a career ladder, the management would rather bring in higher-ups than promote from within. No tuition reimbursement.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OraSure in September 2010.
Met directly with Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Was very professional and courteous. Asked standard interview questions keying specifically on relevant experience as it related to the job description. Also asked several behavioral interview questions such as tell me a time when you had to handle a difficult situation, tell me a time you had to work with a diffucult person and what did you do, etc. Was very up front that there were several internal candiates interested as well.
