    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Orange County Schools full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I am sorry I really cant think of any good reason anymore

    Cons

Teachers are underpaid. The superintendent no longer allows suspensions so the whole discipline in orange county is OUT OF CONTROL! No step pay increases.

    Advice to Management

Pay teachers and cut the fat from the top. Get rid of the self serving superintendent. It is the responsibility of the school district to apply disciple or the penal system and tax payers will deal with it in the near future.

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Orange County Schools.

    Interview

I went to a job fair. I had an outstanding interview with this particular school. It was the only real interview of the 5 I had. Most asked questions from a paper. The school I ultimately chose was the only one where they tried to get to know me as a person to determine how I would be as a teacher.
