I worked at Orbital Sciences full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people to work with. Everybody was willing to help if I had a question. Worked on some very interesting projects. I learned a lot. Enjoyed the yearly picnic and the newly formed Toastmasters club. - Would love to return if there are opportunities.

    Cons

I can not think of any negatives at this time. It is not my nature to back stab a former employer.

    Advice to Management

None at this time. Management was extremely helpful. I had great supervisors, easy to get along with, friendly.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Orbital Sciences.

    Interview

2 phone interviews. 1 in person in person with multiple managers and analysts. Relatively low pressure but they did ask follow up questions to make sure you had to talk beyond your prepared answers. Partial focus on Internet in industry and knowledge of the company and he work that they do.

    Interview Questions

    • Entry level position. Basic finance questions and interest in industry.   Answer Question
