raises aren't really based on merit it seems to me. this is probably due to the fact they don't know what we do on-site (at clients).
they except you to spend considerable time outside office hours in their premises (to follow courses etc.)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ordina (Brussels (Belgium)) in February 2016.
interviews were conducted via skype through work experience and tecnical questions about my work experience abroad. they asked what type of projects i worked in past what i liked most and what i did not feel confortable to work with
they negotiation phase was very burocratic a very dangerous contract with dagareous clauses that i had to renegotiate with them for 2 weeks before accepting the job
