I have been working at Oreck full-time (More than 3 years)
Customers are the best when they come in with a problem complaining about the last guy who serviced them and i take care of the problem getting them in and out same day service informing them on how to take care of the issue if it happens again.
Not being able to please a customer after a great service experiance some people you just can not please.
Advice to Management
If i had any words honestly i would say hire more people just like me if you want your business to run as smooth
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Oreck.
Too lengthy, slow moving, too many hoops to jump through for low paying job. String you along so that you stop searching while they finish the process of trying to find better
