The environment was professional but it was apparent that everyone in the office got along with each other. It was an incredible learning experience, and a great way to immerse myself in the world of recruiting. I value the ability to help those who have served our nation, and each day that I walked into work I felt like I was making a difference.
I was only an intern for the summer and in my short time, I didn't have any bad experiences.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Orion International.
Phone interview with manager and then with CEO. Was a long process over about a month. Used them as a service to get hired but it didn't work out and they ended up hiring me to work for them. Not the normal hiring process. So this review is a little skewed.
