I have been working at Orion International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    1. The company has a great mission and 26 years of helping veterans find work.
    2. Great people. Top to bottom we have some fantastic individuals working for the company.
    3. Casual work environment.
    4. Merit based pay program for recruiters and account executives

    Cons

Orion is a very metric and production centric company. The company looks for top achievers and individuals who are self driven and goal oriented. Individuals who don't have those two qualities may struggle.

    Advice to Management

Continue to innovate. You have a great organization.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Orion International.

    Interview

Phone interview with manager and then with CEO. Was a long process over about a month. Used them as a service to get hired but it didn't work out and they ended up hiring me to work for them. Not the normal hiring process. So this review is a little skewed.
