    Pros

No micromanagement, rewards and incentives for hard work, fun office environment, flexibility. This is a place where hard work is celebrated and rewarded. Every day is different, and you get the opportunity to work with a community of fellow veterans.

    Cons

There aren't any real cons, but if you don't enjoy being challenged to do your best you will not enjoy working here. This is a job in which you get out of it what you put into it, not a job where you can just slide by with minimal effort.

    Advice to Management

Modernize marketing efforts and create a stronger training pipeline for recruiters.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Orion Talent (San Diego, CA) in January 2014.

    Interview

REALLY long. Long stretches with no contact or feedback. Make you go in to a hiring conference and shadow the team. The team is EXTREMELY disorganized and emotional at their hiring events. Every one is stressed and yelling at each other. Often being rude to candidates and clients alike.
