I have been working at Orlando City Soccer Club full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment. Management does a good job of giving a lot of PTO and breaks to avoid burnout. Awesome office atmosphere. Plenty of soccer!

    Cons

None really. Long hours at times but that’s to be expected in sports and events.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look after your employees and keep them informed.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Orlando City Soccer Club (Orlando, FL) in June 2015.

    Interview

initial phone interview took around 30 mins , was invited to interview at office and attended interview but was clear that they were looking for bi lingual even though it was not made clear at the time - office looks like a fun environment though and they even had a pub in the office
