    Pros

    Quality construction from trades, good supers, New product, new communities, compensation, management allows you to work without micro'ing you, what else do you need!

    Cons

    still transitioning some new product, company is growing but tough to keep up with sales volume sometimes. construction needs help in field!

    Advice to Management

    hire hire hire! (construction personnel, purchasing, etc)

    Interview

    Standard Sales Interview with 1-2 individuals. Company loves Myers Barnes so read up on his work on the 10 step sales process and look like a superstar in the interview. After the interview and thank you email and/or card to the corporate office is a must to show you can handle following up.

    Negotiation

    Not much negotiating with this company and most frustrating is their contract which is very poor and not very employee friendly.
