I worked at Orscheln Farm and Home part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It paid well and the other workers were just as hard working as you are. We built each other up and helped each other if need be.

    Cons

A lot of pressure was put on night shift to pick up day shift slack. There was no temperature control so it got extremely hot during the summer. They quit hiring part time which prevented college students from being able to apply.

    Advice to Management

Hire part time workers because they usually are the ones most wanting the job and willing to work to keep it. Update the computer systems so that they don't continue crashing.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Orscheln Farm and Home (Fort Wayne, IN).

    Interview

I had to drive over 2 hours away for my in person interview. I had two previous interviews on the phone. I had to pass a drug screen. I was hunted down by another company that "head hunts"
