All Hands at Oscar Health, NY

Oscar is headquartered in New York and has offices in Arizona, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

Oscar's  NY HQ is located on 75 Varick Street and home to some of teams including Marketing, Technology, People, and Operations.  If you're someone who likes a fast-paced work environment, and you have a bright mind and a big heart, our teams are rapidly expanding. Oscar’s  LA office is home to a diverse set of teams. From Engineering to Regulatory Affairs and beyond, we all contribute to Oscar’s growth in California and across the US. As a team, we're fortunate enough to have all of Oscar’s fantastic resources at our disposal, while still enjoying the perks of a smaller office. Where else can you find the exposure to scale and impact that a leading tech company offers, while knowing everyone’s name and their go-to lunch order?  

Oscar’s Tempe office is home to Oscar’s Concierge teams, who work hard to take customer service to the next level. You can find Oscar’s Health Hub at The Circuit, an ultra-modern, 185,000-square-foot building that sits just southwest of the Loop 101-202 interchange. Our dedicated Concierge teams make a positive impact on our members by offering personalized service and non-clinical support, while our nurses and social workers help our members with case management for a wide range of health issues. If you are passionate about helping others and are excited to use innovative health care technology, this is the place for you.

Oscar’s  Dallas office is located in the Centrum building, and the Texas team is situated in the center of Oak Lawn, near Uptown and Turtle Creek. The open-floor plan office is home to the Texas Regional Sales and Operations teams, as well as a few members of the Clinical Review team.

The company has strong leadership and talent at all levels focused on pushing the company to constantly be better for the members we serve. The work is fast-paced and challenging, but rooted in a desire to create an exceptional experience for our members. If you are looking to join an organization where you can expand your skills, be supported in your development and come to work knowing each day you will make a difference then Oscar is the place for you.


    The company is growing and maturing rapidly and therefore is prone to change and growing pains. If you are an individual adverse to change, this might not be the right fit for you. But, if you like a challenge and are willing to stretch yourself you will find the work at Oscar very rewarding.

    I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oscar Health (New York, NY).


    HR phone interview: Clearly just a 10min screener. The rep made no attempt to connect with me as a person. When I tried to make conversation, she responded coldly and disinterested. To my surprise, I was asked to interview with the manager the following week. She said that the next interview would be high school debate type of questions. So I prepared for that.

    Manager phone interview: The next interview was NOT high school debate type of questions. It was a case interview. The manager seemed fine but I prepared for a different type of interview and was caught completely off guard. Total lack of coordination between HR and Manager. They took another two weeks to tell me I didn't get the offer (shocking...).
