Advice to Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Osmose (Nashville, TN).
Recruiter called me and asked if I was working for anyone. She said they came across my resume and thought I was a good candidate for the position. Seemed very impressed with my work background. Asked that I fill out application on company site. When I mentioned they contacted me last year and I went through all the assessments and never heard anything back from them the tone of the conversation changed dramatically. I don't know why but recruiters and hiring managers for utility related companies seem to be the ones who contact me without me applying , do multiple interviews , assessments , etc. , then never get back in touch ( although everyone of them tells me " We will be contacting about the decision regardless of who we choose ".
