I have been working at Outreach full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Outreach has an awesome culture. While laid back in many ways, there is still a sense of professionalism. Here you will find teamwork, support, encouragement, and an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than yourself.

    Cons

Pay could be higher, but I suspect anyone could say that about any job they have.

    Advice to Management

Continue to meet with your employees for feedback and to offer encouragement.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Outreach (Colorado Springs, CO) in March 2017.

    Interview

Very pleasant interview experience. First initial call was with HR and about a 30 minutes phone screen interview. next I spoke briefly with my boss, VP of Media Sales, and then after that we setup a time for me to come into the office for the final interview. When I came in, I met with the VP of Media Sales and the Manager of Ad Ops. After those two interviews, I went to lunch with the VP of Media Sales and then left. I got the offer two days later and started a week after that.
