    Pros

From the moment you step foot inside the building for the first time, you feel valued and appreciated. Management works hard to reward, appreciate, equip, and incentivize employees. To list all the "perks" of being an employee would take up too much space, but the benefits include a friendly, open workspace; well-stocked break rooms on each floor; a sports-equipment check-out program to take advantage of the gorgeous Front Range Colorado location; monthly free meal Fridays; awards, recognition, and incentives for doing a great job; a competitive benefits package; a vibrant, joyful corporate culture, etc. As a new employee of about a month, this place has lived up to the hype.

    Cons

As with any nimble, growing company, limited IT/Development staff means some projects must be queued.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Outreach (Colorado Springs, CO) in March 2017.

    Interview

Very pleasant interview experience. First initial call was with HR and about a 30 minutes phone screen interview. next I spoke briefly with my boss, VP of Media Sales, and then after that we setup a time for me to come into the office for the final interview. When I came in, I met with the VP of Media Sales and the Manager of Ad Ops. After those two interviews, I went to lunch with the VP of Media Sales and then left. I got the offer two days later and started a week after that.
