I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outrigger Hotels and Resorts (Tamuning, GU) in February 2011.
Interview
I submit an application and got a call for interview. It was interview with HR and then, managers. It was simple and easy process. Nothing special. HR people were very friendly and so as managers. I did not see higher management though. just department managers.
