80% of our installers have been on our payroll for an average of 800 hours. So, 80% of the time we are supplying seasoned installers to your projects.
Outsource employs over 2000 technicians weekly on jobsites across the continental U.S. We work with all the national system integrators and all the major electrical contractors. Many of our technicans go on to permanant placement opportunities.
We run our payroll weekly so you get paid every week. You can choose one of three options to receive your pay:
• Global Cash card – your pay is transmitted automatically onto a VISA/MasterCard debit card.
• Direct Deposit into your bank account
• Pick your check up in your local Outsource office

You will be eligible for a holiday bonus for all of the major national holidays if you are working the week of the holiday and have worked the following:
• 935 hours prior to the holiday in a 6 month period
• 1650 hours prior to the holiday in a 12 month period
Referrals to individual medical plans are available through reputable national carriers, including HMO, PPO and basic hospitalization plans for you and your family.
Dental, vision and life insurance coverage may also be available.
We provide hard hats, safety glasses (or goggles) and gloves to all field technicians working in environments where they are needed.
Shirts
We give all of our technicians in the field four plain blue shirts that are to be worn 100% of the time while on our jobs.
After 12 months of work with a minimum of 1,000 hours on assignment with Outsource you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan.
You may contribute 1 to 100 percent of your salary with a choice of several fund options. Individual contribution limits may vary based on your compensation.
We offer referral bonuses for qualified technical talent. We pay the referral after they have worked a total of one month or 160 hours.
We will pay you for any fraudulent work injuries that you witness and testify to.
We also will pay you to report a high risk or unsafe work environment that needs to be remedied.

face to face . Wants to know why you want to recruit for construction workers. Job says no knowledge of construction industry. You need to know they industry because it will make the transition a lot easier when getting hired into the position.
