Open for new ideas and marketing strategies leading to new business development. Upper Management was trying to develop a team of high producing sales teams across the USA.
Sometimes, they relied on old school philosophy when it came to recruiting and compensation.
Also, relied heavily on outside advertising and consultants to drive the direction of the company.
Advice to Management
Too late now as they folded under a chapter 11 filing and later were acquire by their biggest competitor. NCO Group now controls the former assets and has gone private through an acquisition by Private Equity interests in NY City.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outsourcing Solutions (Phoenix, AZ) in April 2012.
Phone screening was accomplished within a week of submitting resume, first interview was with HR and CEO. Second interview was with Business Analyst. Request for drug and background check happened within three days of second interview. Job offer came three days after that.
The salary offered was more than I was currently making.
