I have been working at Owlet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I love the culture here and our mission. It really helps us feel united and that we are all here working for the same cause, which is helping families get peace of mind and some needed sleep, when baby sleeps. Helps me feel like I have purpose. We also have a beautiful, spacious office with awesome views of the Wasatch mountains and a weekly lunch that's provided and quarterly offsites to help unite us all also. It's a great place to work!

    Cons

I can't think of anything negative.

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to us who are on the front lines and can offer good input and suggestions.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Owlet (Salt Lake City, UT) in October 2015.

    Interview

Was brought in several times to meet with an array of individuals that had zero marketing knowledge. The questions were inappropriate, including if I had children or was married. Very unprofessional experience.
