I have been working at P.F. Chang's part-time (Less than a year)
Very fun and easy, mature compared to other restaurants, the tips are very good because most people tip 20% in my area, and there's Paid Time Off
It is minimum wage which is typical for most servers, the shifts can either be really short or really long and the table sections are typically 4 or 5 tables
Advice to Management
Overall the management really takes care of us, they are all there to take care of their employees and thats what they do i think this is probably the best management team that I've worked with
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at P.F. Chang's (San Diego, CA).
The interview process was three steps. I applied online and received a phone call about an upcoming interview. I interviewed with 2 managers in the same day. Both of the interviews were face to face with basic questions. The next interview was scheduled with the General Manager. Then they checked my references and offered the position.
