I worked at P.F. Chang's part-time (More than a year)
The company's system is extremely organized and very fair. Tips were shared between servers and backwaiters. There is a sense of community and compensation was fair. The managers try to make sure their employees are satisfied and provide opportunities for growth.
Because there are so many employees in any given restaurant, the desired cross-training doesn't happen as quickly as one may desire.
I applied online. I interviewed at P.F. Chang's (Phoenix, AZ) in August 2017.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I went through two rounds of phone interviews with managers. Then I was brought onsite for one interview with the director. After that I had one more phone interview with the newly hired director. The whole process took about 2 months. A recruiter followed up with me to share that because of downsizing they no longer needed the position.
