    Process is not consistent, difficult to find information, skills of team leader/manager are not developed to the full potential. Communication is not cleared in various fields

    Fast and easy to follow, the HR and the interviewer were very helpful. The cleaners and the meeting rooms were quite nice. Overall it was the a lightearted and informal interview which i am confortable with

    I was talking with Suhaimi, my Chief Human Capital Officer, the guy responsible to attract, motivate and retain plus build a high performing team. His resume is impressive but that's not why he got the job. We clicked when he told me " work should be play," At P1, there should not be any TGIF and Monday Blues.
