J. Scott Lockhart | Chief Executive Officer

Scott Lockhart is an accomplished technology leader with a track record growing businesses that provide integrated solutions for capital-intensive industries. As CEO, he drives P2’s commitment to help upstream oil and gas companies around the globe optimize business performance. Scott has leadership experience in both public and private companies, holding executive level positions where he had overarching responsibility for strategy and implementation. He is a recognized thought leader and energy sector domain expert with more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. An instinctive team player, Scott believes in building businesses where everyone deserves equal dignity and respect. 


 





Derrick Barker | Chief Financial Officer

Derrick joined P2 in July 2016 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. A Southern California native, Derrick has spent the majority of his career in the Denver area and has held a variety of senior finance and accounting roles at some of the largest public companies in Colorado. 


Shelley Pettet | Chief Human Resources Officer

Shelley Pettet is a seasoned human resource executive who has led global HR teams for most of her career. As CHRO for P2, Shelley is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of P2’s overall business priorities, as well as the implementation and execution of all people-related strategies and programs.


 





Fredrick "Fritz" Smith | Chief Revenue Officer

A recognized sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Fritz Smith is a seasoned technology sales and marketing executive who has led global teams for most of his career. Since joining P2 as CRO in June of 2017, Fritz has overseen the global Sales and Marketing teams, and has positioned P2 for worldwide growth through acquisition and retention of P2’s customer portfolio.


 

Dale McMullin | Chief Technology Officer

Dale is an accomplished technology leader with a track record for growing businesses that provide integrated solutions for exploration and production companies. As Chief Technology Officer at P2, he drives technology and solution strategy – helping upstream oil and gas companies around the globe optimize business performance.


Mark Kilpatrick | Chief Operating Officer 

Mark Kilpatrick serves as P2’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Professional Services and Customer Support – in addition to his role leading our Corporate Operational Excellence processes and initiatives.

Mary Lyke | Senior Vice President, America Sales

Mary Lyke is an experienced sales leader, skilled in Enterprise Software, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Strategic Partnerships. As the Senior Vice President of America Sales, Mary’s focus is on strategic planning, sales execution, and presales support for the Americas. 







Michael Danielewicz | Senior Vice President, Canada

Having worked with P2 products in oner form or another ove rthe past 26 years, Michael is the Senior Vice President of Canada for P2 Energy Solutions and is responsible for both the Canadian sales organization as well as being the business leader for P2 in Canada.   

 

Ben Farquharson | Senior Vice President, APAC

Although Ben joined P2 in 2015, he is a seasoned sales and delivery executive and has spent his entire career in the technology sector. Ben serves as P2's Senior Vice President for the APAC region.


Steven Ferrigno | Senior Vice President, EMEA

As P2's Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Steven Ferrigno is responsible for leading the company's international expansion. Steven joined P2 in March 2015 and is based in London.







Brandon Elam | Vice President, Customer Success

As P2's Vice President of Customer Success, Brandon Elam oversees the company's Professional Services, Cloud Services, and Customer Support teams, fostering the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience to all of P2's clients.


Chris Lenig | Senior Vice President, Production

As P2's Senior Vice President of Production, Chris Lenig pilots the direction, strategy, and go-to-market planning for all of the company's Production solutions, which encompass field operations, production data management, production forecasting, and operational intelligence.


Tony Sperduti | Senior Vice President, Tobin Data Solutions

Tony Sperduti is P2's Senior Vice President of Tobin Data Solutions. In his role, Tony is responsible for the strategy and operations of P2's data product line. He joined the company in November 2015.







Samina Farid | Special Advisor to the CEO

In her role as Special Advisor to the CEO, Samina Farid provides counsel on P2’s overall business strategy, product direction, and various projects. Samina is a co-founder of Merrick Systems, which P2 acquired in December 2014.

Everyone knows that culture in the workplace can drive satisfaction within your job... But who knew that building culture could actually be fun? With the creation of volunteer-based committees, P2 colleagues plan office-wide events focused around promoting comradery, building community and making P2 a fun place to work.

The Social Committees in multiple locations plan fun events and celebrations for colleagues to attend to strengthen our employee engagement.  Some examples of activities include holiday events, bowling, summer picnics, ping pong tournaments... just to name a few!

We also give back to our community by providing colleagues with community service hours to use throughout the year on P2 approved events.

    Very professional. I felt they treated me with respect and were very transparent during the whole process. A very positive experience. I applied online and gave two phone screenings and one in-person interview. The whole process took around 3 weeks.
