Advice to Management
Have work experience with government contractors and skills in all desired programs. Manager not available during first interview. Was asked to wait then manager was in meeting and couldn’t complete interview. Had to have phone interview after in person interview. Staff at local office don’t seem to have any HR/interviewing skills. Seem very disorganized. Never heard back. Then recruiter calls me a few months later about a position that they would like me to interview for. No thank you.
