Advice to Management
I am so happy to be with a company that actually trains their staff and has a process in place for nearly every eventuality. I hope to stay for years.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PAREXEL in September 2014.
Standard process. Phone interview and on site with 5-6 people from different functions. People were nice, some weird questions aka "how do you feel about diversity". You will be asked to do a presentation and the topic will be provided ahead of time.
