Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PBF Energy (Toledo, OH) in February 2017.
Relatively Easy Interview. Typical situational type questions. Make sure you know about the refinery they are sure to ask. A general idea of how a refinery works is nice to have also as it will help in starting a conversation. They were very quick in the process as the time between when I met them at a career fair, had an interview, and got an offer was less than a week.
Wasn't much negotiation as I was only interviewing for a Co-Op.
