PCA is very repsonsive and always works hard in meeting the pharmaceutical needs of our residents and staff. They are a pharmacy provider that focuses heavilly on relevant analytical reporting and assisting us with being good stewards of our resources.

    I have been working at PCA Pharmacy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    PCA has great benefits that my previous company didn't offer. A few of the benefits that grabbed my attention were: 1). they pay up to a certain amount of $ towards your student loans every year; 2) they pay 100% for your education (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's), 3) when gas prices go up they add a little extra to your check, 4)cheaper health, dental & vision insurance, 5) family oriented, 6) recognize & rewards the efforts of their employees, 7) different activities for employee engagement, 8) friendly, calm working environment, 9)allows flexibility with your schedule if need be 10) room to grow within; etc.

    Cons

    Need help; short staffed in some departments; But still amazingly awesome compared to where I came from!

    Try to get more staff :)
